First say your suggestion or plan as a normal statement.

Then add 好吗？ at the very end to ask 'OK?' or 'shall we?'

好吗？ always comes last; never put it in the middle or at the front.

Say your whole idea first, then tag 好吗？ onto the end — it is a softer, more polite way to invite someone to agree than a plain command.
