1. Explain it simply
真 + adjective is an exclamation, 'really / so ...!' (真好 = so good, 真漂亮 = so pretty).
真 goes right before the adjective.
These sentences usually end with ! and express a feeling.

3. Share a tip
真 goes before the adjective (真好, not 好真). 真 shows feeling; 很 is just neutral 'very'.
