1. Explain it simply
The pattern is 每 + (measure word) + noun/time, then Subject + 都 + verb.
每天 and 每年 take no 个, but 每个星期, 每个月, and 每个人 do.
都 goes right before the verb, never at the end.

我每天都跑步。
Wǒ měi tiān dōu pǎobù.
I run every day.
